Please go through the attached images before deciding to purchase a Casagrand apartment. I booked and fully paid for my apartment at Casagrand First City – Block B, Unit B1304 with complete trust in a reputed brand. It has now been over 4 years, and handover is still not completed. Recently, I was invited for the NOC visit, expecting to finally move closer to handover. What I witnessed was heart-breaking. The quality of workmanship was extremely poor, with several unfinished, incorrect, and visibly defective works—completely unacceptable for a project of this scale and branding. After waiting for four long years and investing my hard-earned money, this is not what any homebuyer deserves. Many friends had warned me earlier saying “Casagrand is risky, don’t go for it.” I chose to trust the brand despite those warnings. Today, I regret that decision. The attached images clearly show the current condition of my apartment—please judge for yourself. Since the NOC visit, I have been continuously following up with Casagrand through CRMs, site team, and multiple managers. Unfortunately, there has been no proper response. Calls are either rejected or met with messages like “in a meeting”, with no follow-up thereafter. This has been mentally exhausting and deeply frustrating. As a buyer, I am left with no clarity, no accountability, and no timeline. Additionally, during booking, Casagrand had committed to providing 3 Air Conditioners as an offer, clearly mentioned in my booking form. I have documented proof of this commitment. Now, shockingly, the team is denying the offer altogether. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about trust and transparency. I am posting this as I have exhausted all internal channels and have no other option left. I request the Casagrand leadership and concerned officials who see this to please: 1. Immediately complete all pending corrections with proper workmanship 2. Invite me for a genuine re-NOC visit 3. Provide a clear and committed handover timeline 4. Honor the promised 3 AC offer as per the booking agreement I want everyone considering Casagrand to know what buyers like me are currently facing. A home is not just a purchase—it is a lifetime dream. Casagrand, please act responsibly and resolve this issue on priority
