Special mention to Mr. Ajay for his professional and supportive approach throughout the process. He was patient, clear, and always available to assist. Overall, a good experience. Recommended for those looking for a quality home with a smooth buying process.
I’ve booked a flat and paid most of the amount. The CRM experience has been poor—multiple contact changes, no proper responses, and follow-ups happen only for payments. Escalations don’t help, and the current CRM representative hasn’t even connected properly. On the positive side, the Sales Manager has been genuine and supportive. The project and progress are good, but weak CRM is overshadowing the overall experience.
