This review is about Akshaya Poongavanam in Thaiyur, Kelambakkam. I had a smooth experience while purchasing the plot, right from the initial sales process until plot registration. The team was responsive and the overall process was handled well. However, the post sales experience has not been as satisfactory. The maintenance of the property has been lacking and some of the promises made during the sales phase were not fulfilled. While the location is good and the pricing was comparatively reasonable, the after-sales support and upkeep need significant improvement. Overall, I would say I am only partially satisfied with my investment.
It was a hassle free experience to buy in Reliance Flourish.
We had bought a New apartment in Radiance Flourish. Thiruvotiyur Radiance reality is a reputed builder they handover the project within the stipulated time period i.e., two years as promised. I thank my customer relationship officer Mr.Muthukrishnan sir, Mr.Prashanth sir, Mr.Sasikumar sir for continuous follow up from the starting of my apartment construction till the handover of my apartment. The quality of switches Roma make and plumbing pipes Roca make are good. We had moved in one and half years to our apartment, their service till maintenance looking after period six months also good. As a buyer we are satisfied with the apartment With regards Er.Senthil and Mrs.Gomathy
I recently booked a 3BHK at Radiance Majestic, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. The project is well-designed with good amenities and a premium feel. Special mention to Mr. Ajay for his professional and supportive approach throughout the process. He was patient, clear, and always available to assist. Overall, a good experience. Recommended for those looking for a quality home with a smooth buying process.
I’ve booked a flat and paid most of the amount. The CRM experience has been poor—multiple contact changes, no proper responses, and follow-ups happen only for payments. Escalations don’t help, and the current CRM representative hasn’t even connected properly. On the positive side, the Sales Manager has been genuine and supportive. The project and progress are good, but weak CRM is overshadowing the overall experience.
