Contributor Policy

Effective Date: 26 September 2026

1. Who Can Contribute

Only verified homebuyers can contribute. You must hold a proof of purchase or booking for the property you are writing about.

• You have bought or booked a home in the project you review.
• You share your own first-hand experience.
• You have no business link with the builder, such as an employee, channel partner or competitor.

2. Verification Process

Before your experience is published, we verify your ownership or booking.

• Upload one page of your sale deed or your booking receipt.
• You may hide sensitive details such as amounts, ID numbers and addresses. We only need your name, the project and the builder to be visible.
• Documents are used only for verification and are never published or shared with builders.
• Experiences we cannot verify are not published and are not eligible for a voucher.

3. Voucher Terms

• Each verified experience earns a ₹500 Amazon voucher.
• The voucher is issued regardless of rating or sentiment. Positive, neutral and negative experiences are rewarded equally.
• One voucher per verified experience. Duplicate or copied submissions are not eligible.
• Vouchers are delivered within 7 working days of verification, by email to your registered email address.
• This is a limited-period offer. Acres Avenue may end or change the campaign at any time. Vouchers already earned will still be honoured.

4. Disclosure

As required by IS 19000:2022 (Online Consumer Reviews), every experience submitted under this campaign is marked as incentivised when published. The voucher never depends on what you write, and we never edit a review to change its opinion. Our normal Content Policy applies to all contributions.
